Tina is the best tai chi teacher I’ve met! She takes great care that her pupils are learning the correct principles.
Tina is a really excellent teacher. She’s really good fun and has so much patience and knowledge. I enjoy every lesson with her.
This a brillant and run by a very informative supportive teacher. There is such a veririty of forms to learn and there's always something new. I like the fact that all classes can be done seated if your not able to stand, Tina actively encourages people to take brakes, work with in their own comfort zone and does classes at a pace that suites all. If you have never done Tai Chi or Chi Gong before I would recommend attending one the Five Bows classes, as you soon fall in love with them, find it quick to pick up and very enjoyable. I really like the fact the classes are currently on Zoom as I can fit them round my work hours.
You will be amazed by the benefits of these classes. It's a journey a journey where you discover yourself.
Do not rush this journey listen to Tina's direction.
Once your class has finished take the experience with you and ponder on your experience, open your heart and mind.
In time you will discover a new you, don't rush it enjoy
Five bows Tai Chi &Qi Gong is great for meeting new people and I love it for balance and concentration . Keep up the good work.
Although no longer practising with "The Gang" I did really benefit from my time every Wednesday, even when doing it on line. Time as ever - as well as getting more involved with another exercise life - was against me continuing with Tina and friends. Tai Chi definitely helps, though: and who knows may well feature again, down the road. Good Luck Tina & Co. It was tremendous fun!
Cannot praise Tina enough for her excellent teaching style, patience and enthusiasm!!!!
Five Bows Tai Chi &Qi Gong is suitable for anyone and everyone. Improved strength, flexibility and balance along with plenty of laughter !!!! A real tonic and boost for mental health abs wellbeing. Many thanks x
I am an MS and Arthritis suffer, thankfully l found Tina at Five Bows Tai Chi. The exercise is gentle which you can do seated or standing, l do a bit of both, and as little or as much as you want. No pressure to go for the burn, just work within your comfort zone. The benefits l have found are better sleep, clearer mind and a more relaxed body. Also you gain friendships and support from Tina and the Five Bows family and we all laugh and chat alot! 🙏🏻
Really should have started this years age, however, balance has improved, general fitness has improved and all down to Tai Chi and Tina's Five Bows group. A very supportive group, with some friendly banter as well.

Brilliant classes. Highly recommended for anyone taking steps to improving health. Tina is amazing, the support from the group is lovely.
Tina is an excellent teacher who runs a very mindful and informative class. A very positive experience which has helped me both physically and mentally.
This is a very friendly, supportive, caring group with a mutual interest in maintaining fitness and overcoming health problems. Having moved from community halls to an on-line group owing to Covid19, it has provided vital social interaction for many of us confined to our homes for many months with daily chat sessions before and/or after each class.
An excellent class and wonderful, knowledgable teacher.
